There are going to be times when you’ve spent hours on the perfect website design. However, that doesn’t mean that there isn’t going to be the need to make changes in the future. What you might find is that you have an element that contains outdated information, features, or something that needs to be removed quickly.

Another problem that you might have is that an element that you thought was working well is now slowing down your website. Sometimes when you install Elementor plugins that are developed by third parties, the developers lose interest, and the elements they add become obsolete and sometimes incompatible with new versions of the website. This is when you could have an element slowing down or breaking your website.

Another problem might be an outdated element that has no updates being a security risk. Most hacks into a WordPress website are because you’ve not updated something. Any element that hasn’t had an update in the past year or two could be at risk. That is why it is important to always be on top of website management.

Then there are other problems that you might experience. For instance, you might have new laws that require old elements to be processed with new elements.

So how do you delete an element on a page or blog post? It is a relatively simple process that is very easy to do. All you need to do is to open the page or blog post that you would like to edit and then you can find the element that you don’t want on your page. Then you can click on the element and hit the ‘Delete’ key on the keyboard. That should remove the element.

Remember that you might need to make some changes now the element has gone as it might adjust the look of the website’s design.

When any changes have been made to the page/blog post, remember that you need to update the page. Changes should be pushed to the live site then immediately. However, that doesn’t mean you will see them. If this is the case, you must clear the cache from your computer.
