For instance, if you offer personalized services, you can collect the personalized item within the custom field (i.e. name, age, preferred color, etc.).

Custom fields can be collected in numerous different formats. For instance, you can collect information in various formats such as: text, number, date, time, etc.

Depending on how you’re conducting email marketing campaigns, you can use custom fields in your campaigns. The custom fields need to be useful. Many data protection laws across the world state you should only collect information that you need to provide a service to the customer.

Does The Customer Need To Supply The Custom Field?
